This document should not be understood as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) or Request For Proposal (RFP), nor as an assurance that such will be carried out. FOCA is not interested in specific offers at this stage and will not consider such unsolicited offers in this process. Furthermore, the RFI does not in any way commit FOCA to a specific commission or procurement. It is expressly pointed out to the companies that FOCA will not pay any compensation for responding to this RFI or for the related expenses and for the documents provided by the companies, respectively that the companies will have to bear these costs themselves (estimated time required: a few hours). Participation and submission of a response is voluntary and absolutely non-binding. Participation in this RFI does not lead to a preliminary referral for a later tender, nor does non-participation lead to exclusion from the WTO tender.
