The tender process is to procure a component for the long-term storage of data from surveillance measures and from requests for information according to the APTS. This component obtains the data to be stored from surveillance measures and requests for information in the source components of the telecommunications surveillance processing system and makes it available to authorities and their systems as exports.
We are looking for a standard software, which the tenderer can set up and extend as part of the project for the long-term data storage (LZDAS) component. The tenderer shall also provide support and maintenance after acceptance.
This procurement process includes additional functions, changes, further development, preservation and extended support and maintenance as optional services.

No award can be made as no offer has met all the suitability criteria and technical specifications. The procedure will be aborted in accordance with Art. 30 paragraph 2 letter a of the Ordinance on Public Procurement. The procurement authority intends to repeat most of the procedure unchanged in the second half of 2019.


Rechtsmittelbelehrung:

Pursuant to Art. 30 of the Federal Act on Public Procurement, an appeal against this publication may be filed within 20 days since notification in writing in an official language of Switzerland to the Federal Administrative Court, Postfach, 9023 St.Gallen. The appeal petition must be submitted in duplicate and must contain the application, the grounds of appeal with details of the evidence and the signature of the appellant or his agent; a copy of the present publication and documents cited as evidence must be attached, provided they are in the appellant’s possession.
