SCITAS provides computing resources, training and application expertise to the EPFL HPC community. In order to keep up with researchers' needs, renew our pool of resources, and continue the consolidation of the School's computational resources, we are proceeding with the purchase of a new general purpose computing cluster as well as selecting providers for HPC systems for the next five years. In the next 5 years SCITAS expects to install approximately 5 PF of compute resources. Based upon the criteria described three vendors will be chosen to provide HPC material and services to SCITAS for a period of up to 5 years with a value not exceeding 15 M CHF.

SIMAP
In accordance with Art. 30 of the Law on Public Procurement an appeal can be lodged in writing within 20 days of publication of the above instruction with the Federal Administrative Court, Postfach, 9023 St.Gallen. The complaint is to be submitted in duplicate and must contain the request, the reasons supporting it including indication of the evidence and the signature of the complainant or his/her representative. The complaint must be accompanied by a copy of the present publication and by available evidence.
