Due to extensive sensitive / confidential documentation, only part of the tender documentation is available at www.simap.ch (only the specifications and Annexes A.01 and A.02) in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of the structure, complexity and scope of services of the present tender and to be able to assess the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria in Annex A.01 and the mandatory requirements in Annex A.02.
The complete tender documents (incl. the remaining annexes and all enclosures) can be obtained against submission of the signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to e-mail beschaffungen-it@ji.zh.ch.
The non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is provided on simap.ch.
The specifications as well as the annexes A.01 to A.04 are available in German and English.
In the event of any contradictions, the German version shall take precedence.

One (1) paper copy and one (1) electronic copy (USB stick) of the tender must be received sealed by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 15 August 2023. Tenders received late, not fully completed or not signed by hand will not be considered for evaluation and allocation. In any case, the participant must provide proof of the punctuality of the request submission to participate.

The contractor shall award this contract only to bidders who comply with the conditions stipulated in the tender documents and the legislation, in particular occupational health and safety regulations, rules on working conditions, equal pay regulations, as well as environmental law, competition law and anti-corruption provisions.

The tender is subject to approval or credit release. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the tender or to implement it only in part if financing cannot be secured or other important reasons require this.

Rechtsmittelbelehrung:

An appeal against this invitation to tender may be lodged in writing with the Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich, P.O. Box, 8090 Zurich, within 10 days from the date of publication.
The notice of appeal must be submitted in duplicate. It must contain an application and the reasons for it. The contested invitation to tender shall be enclosed. The appealed Evidence shall be precisely designated and, as far as possible, enclosed.
