The Zurich Forensic Institute would like to simplify the process for shoe trace analysis and examine the possible procurement of a "shoe trace system".
In preparation for a procurement - possibly a public tender - the Zurich Cantonal Police is conducting a market analysis with this Request for Information (RFI). With this RFI you are invited to submit information about your products as well as realistic target prices.
With this market analysis, the Zurich Cantonal Police would like to find out whether there is a market for the process and system overview listed in the rough concept (RFI document / chapter 2).

Participating providers shall provide their responses within the prescribed time limit. Participation and submission of the completed RFI questionnaire is on a voluntary basis and is non-binding. No remuneration will be made for responding to this RFI. Failure to respond to this RFI will not result in exclusion from any subsequent RFP. Responding to the RFI will not give the information provider any advantage for any subsequent RFP. Participation in this RFI will not result in a preliminary referral for any subsequent RFP.
