1.) Minimum annual average turnover over the last 3 years: CHF 2’000’000
(main consultant excluding subcontractors or sum for all members of a Joint Ven-ture/Consortium).

2.) References (all references of participating firms are counted including subcontractors) from the last 10 years
- Minimum 3 reference projects in the technical part (thermal rehabilitation of buildings) of similar nature in transition or developing countries
- Minimum 2 references to projects containing capacity development measures at municipal level), preferably in transition or developing countries and with similar projects
- Minimum 2 references to "European Energy Award" introduction and advisory projects over the last five years

Geforderte Nachweise:

1. Copies of annual reports with audited income statements
2. List of reference projects with indication of people who may be contacted regarding these references
