Ensure project management, coordination and general technical assistance to foster the implementation of the project. The consultant is responsible for overall organization of the project activities, the stakeholder coordination, for the budget control as well as the monitoring and reporting. The consultant ensures communication for SECO towards third parties.

9. Juli 2021	Frist für Fragen	Consultants may request a clarification of any of the tender documents. Any request for clarification must be sent before 9.7.2021 in writing. Please use the contact interface on simap for requesting clarifications. If this is not possible for technical reasons, you may address your request to info.wein.cooperation@seco.admin.ch. SECO will respond (including the questions but without indicating their origin) to all invited consultants within a reasonable period of time.
6. August 2021	Abgabetermin 16:00	Tenderers shall prepare and submit two (2) hard copies, duly marking the original as ”ORIGINAL”. In addition, the Consultant shall submit one (1) electronic copy (USB stick). The tender shall be sealed and submitted to the following address: Vertraulich State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) Infrastructure Financing Holzikofenweg 36 3003 Bern with the remark: "Implementation consultant in charge of the management and general technical assistance of the project “Zurich Trams for Vinnytsia (Phase II), Nicht öffnen ausser in Anwesenheit des Evaluationskommittees". Any tenders submitted after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned to the tenderer. The tender shall remain valid for 180 days as from the final submission date.
