Lot 1 mainly contains the following components:
• Racks for hosting the components (from Lot 1 Lot 2 and network components which are pro-vided separately)
• The necessary material to integrate the components to the rack cooling, if applicable
• Power distribution units for the components from Lot 1 and 2 as well as for the separately pro-vided network components
• Power cables for the components from Lot 1
• Rack mount kits for the components from Lot 1
• The necessary Ethernet RJ45 cables to connect the components from Lot 1 to the network switches
• General purpose computing servers
• Different services

Lot 2 mainly contains the following components:
• Rack mount kits
• Power cables
• Different services

He will be forwarded to the ramp management. The offer must be submitted no later than the last day of the period against issue of a confirmation of receipt. The ramp management is manned from Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:30 and Friday from 07:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:00 (no offer can be submitted outside these times). • For delivery to a diplomatic or consular representation When submitting the offer to a Swiss diplomatic or consular representation abroad, the provider is obliged to send an acknowledgement of receipt from the relevant representation by e-mail to the address of the procurement office at the latest on the last day of the deadline.
