Every bid shall be evaluated according to the mentioned award criteria and relevant weightings. Every criteria shall be evaluated by the following scores: ∙ under the expectation - 0 ∙ meet the expectation - 1 ∙ above the expectation - 2 Formula: (Score of Criteria 1 * 0,25) + (Score of Criteria 2 * 0,30) + (Score of Criteria 3 * 0,15) + (Score of Criteria 4 * 0,30) = Final Score.
